How to OrderTo purchase or receive additional information on an item from our inventory please click on the "Inquire" or "Purchase" buttons on the item detail pages. Inquiries will be addressed as quickly as possible and usually in less than 24 hours but be aware that items are stored at multiple locations. You may make telephone inquires regarding specific inventory items at our central number with voice mail (206) 226-6030. We will return phone inquiries as quickly as possible but email is the best way to contact and will almost always get a faster and more consistent response. Payment
We accept Mastercard and Visa directly and electronic bank wire transfers through PayPal. The use of PayPal is free of charge for the customer and payment by this method is assurance of the quickest shipment. We also accept payment by mail in the form of personal check, money order or cashier's check in US Dollars with a customary 10 day waiting period for delivery of mail. Orders paid by personal check may be subject to shipping hold of 7-10 days for the check to clear. Orders in process may be subject to cancellation or restocking fee in such event. International orders are welcome in US Dollars only. Payment can be made through PayPal, by international money order at no additional charge. Condition Reports, Return Policy, Additional Photo RequestsPlanet Oranj offers a conditional money back guarantee period of our merchandise for 21 days from date of shipment provided said merchandise is returned in same condition by the shipper of our choosing. Planet Oranj reserves to withhold from any refund a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price and/or any related actual costs incurred by Planet Oranj (for additional refurbishing done at purchasers request or regarding the shipping of the item) unless otherwise agreed. The majority of the items on our website are listed as "excellent" or "very good" condition and once in awhile "as new" or "near mint". In general we make a concerted effort to know as much as possible about the items we offer. We are very particular about the condition of our merchandise sold on the site and make every effort to disclose defects that we know to be of concern to collectors in any given area. Rest assured that we usually shun items with "fatal" flaws or defects and any "as-is" or "projects" offered for sale here are strictly labelled as such and priced accordingly. We have decided to shun a number of crass and/or annoying eBay-ism would rather not bore you with a list of everything that is or isn't wrong with an item and strictly state known obvious defects or repairs including those that are not visible in our photography. If there are specific possible defects of major concern to you please let us know in detail and we can address your specific questions. We are sensitive to the fact that standards vary by individual. Additional photographs are available but can take an additional week or longer for us to process because we are not in the photo studio regularly and there is a subsequent "processing time" for high quality shots. We can do them a bit faster if we can do it with a lower resolution digital camera but a request for additional photographs in no way consumates a "hold" or a "sale pending" on that item without security deposit.
